Good Hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a lively area. Rooms are clean and with good windows. Bathroom facilities could get a little bit more maintenance. Overall easy to go Line U5 and have a walk to the Friedrichshain Area. Netto, DM, EDEKA, Copyshop. 100 Restaurants and Bars around.

Wir benötigten ein weiteres Kissen, was trotz der Uhrzeit (ca. 21.45) möglich war.  Was etwas störend war, war das Wettrennen einiger Kinder zur späten Uhrzeit auf dem Flur. Wir haben es hingenommen - die Eltern dieser Kinder fanden es wohl o.k.. Ansonsten kommen wir immer gerne wieder!!!

I recently stayed at the BB Hotel Berlin City Ost and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and offers great value for money. The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring Berlin. Its location is a major plus, with excellent public transport links making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Eine super Unterkunft für einen Städte訂房網站! Die Unterkunft ist gut angebunden, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war bequem, und das Frühstück einfach, aber lecker. Besonders das freundliche Personal hat den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

酒店位置雖然不在市中心，但是交通太便利了，出門就是地鐵站，真的就是出門10米就是，在柏林打車不太方便，全靠坐地鐵了，很好。房間中規中矩吧，還行，餐廳特別大，食物也很豐富。

這家連鎖酒店住過其他地方印象不錯，這次來柏林再次選擇，位置不錯就在地鐵站出口，但遇到不是很靈光的前台，手機已經出示入住訊息，説找不到訂房資料，搞了半天是她自己的問題，更不幸的是她安排了一間空調有問題的房間，第二天我們要求換房，説要等下午三點才有房，然後重新辦理入住，雖然房間還是和其他城市住過的一樣乾淨舒適，但這次的入住體驗不如之前。

small and cosy room, the self check in was a good initiative, able to check in myself without the long counter queue. good stay for a nice sleep , it’s beside a drugstore and train station

The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro and nearby grocery stores. Anyway, there was something wrong with the air conditioning when I stayed there and it was already warm in Berlin, and the receptionist told they couldn't fix it till I left. However, I will choose this hotel again next time and will consider other countries as well; we simply need to ensure that the AC and heating are operational during your stay.
